Celebrating Our Special Elders

💝As part of WA Seniors Week 2026, Hannah’s House is proud to host ‘Celebrating Our Special Elders’, thanks to Advocare, Lotterywest and the Government of Western Australia Department of Communities. This event is all about honouring the grandparents and other important seniors in the lives of the children we care for - and is focused on creating extra special memories of the bond shared between the generations.🧓🏼 We will welcome Barnyard Buddies to this hands-on, farm animal-filled session and will also have a professional photographer in attendance to capture all the magic moments on the day. As well, we will share a fabulous morning tea together.🐥 This event is a wonderful way to express gratitude to those special seniors in your lives, ensure they feel valued for the important support role they play and allow them to connect with other grandparents and carers in a similar position.💛
