I'm choosing to fundraise for Hannah's House because I care about Perth children with life-limiting and complex medical conditions.
Hannah's House is committed to bringing care, comfort and joy to children with complex health needs.
This March, I'll be hosting a Shine For Hannah event to raise vital funds for Hannah's House.
