Raffle held on behalf of Hannah's House WA (Inc.) (ABN:31 896 577 489) Level 1, 92 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA 6017 (Hannah's House) to conduct and promote the Raffle in Western Australia.

Raffle Closes: 11:59pm, Thursday 21 December 2023    

Raffle Draw: 11:00am, Friday 22 December 2023

Prizes:

    All tickets must be purchased online by credit or debit card, or PayPal.

    Purchasers must be West Australian residents aged 18 years or older. 

    All winners will be notified in writing. The first name, initial of the last name and winning ticket number of all prize winners will be published online the day of the Draw on the Hannah's House website (https://hannahshouse.funraisin.com.au/raffle/festiveraffle)) and Hannah's House Facebook page (facebook.com/hannahshouseperth).

    All times and dates published on our website, in our promotional material and in these Terms and Conditions are listed in Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) unless otherwise stated.

    Publicity
    The Promoter may use prize winners’ details for promotional purposes.  By entering the Promotion, the Major Prize Winner agrees to participate in reasonable media activities concerning the Promotion and to photographs or video of the winner being used for the Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities (both in print and on the internet). 

    Prizes

    Please note images used in all promotional materials are for display purposes only. Prizes awarded may not be as illustrated.

    The winner must respond as soon as possible once receiving our written notification to claim the prize.

    Conduct of draws

    All prize draws will be conducted by Hannah's House at its offices at Level 1, 92 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA 6017.

    Unclaimed prizes will be dealt with in accordance with the procedures set out in the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA).

    Refunds

    Refunds are generally not accepted. If a refund is endorsed by Hannah's House, the request will need written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission. This process may take several weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws.

    Changes

    Where it is lawful to do so, these Terms and Conditions may be updated to address any errors or to clarify information and re-published online at cancercouncilraffle.com.au.
     

    Acceptance

    By participating in the Hannah's House Annual Festive Raffle, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. 

    We need to collect personal information to process your purchase, verify you are over 18, notify you if you are a winner, communicate with you about other Hannah's House events and initiatives, and conduct normal business. By providing your personal information, you agree that your information will be used and disclosed by Hannah's Hosue in accordance with this Collection Statement and our Privacy Policy, available at hannahshouse.org.au/privacy-2.
