Hannah's House is a registered non-for-profit charity which ensures that children with complex needs have a safe, supported transition from hospital to home. As a charity we depend on the generosity of the WA community so we can continue to provide care and support for our families through our Early Start, Playtime and Respite Programs. We need you to help Light up a Life this festive season and ensure children with complex conditions recieve the care, comfort and joy they deserve this festive season.

$20 could buy a voucher for a multi-purpose taxi to take a child with complex medical needs and their family to our Christmas Party.

$80 could pay for one hour of support these holidays to a family with a child with complex needs. This vital medical and social support brings care and joy to children and respite for parents who desperately need it.

Sensory Equipment
$100 could pay for sensory play equipment which provides children with complex needs a tailored environment for them to engage with their surroundings, improving sensory integration and motor skills.
About us
Hannah's Story
Hannah's life defied expectations from the very beginning.
Hannah was born with a rare congenital condition and was not expected to live past her first birthday. Her condition demanded constant care and vigilant monitoring, which parents Jacky and Martin faithfully provided at home. Tragically, in 2010, Hannah passed away at the age of 19.
Families like Hannah's often find themselves challenged with the continuous and daunting set of physical, emotional, and financial challenges, as they dedicate themselves to round-the-clock care for their children. This level of caregiving can lead to exhaustion, social isolation, compromised mental health, and a significant decline in overall well-being, affecting not only the parents but also their other children.
Hannah's mum and dad Martin and Jacky founded 'Hannah's House' to offer unwavering support to children, from birth to 18 years, who have been diagnosed with life-limiting or complex conditions, as well as their families.
We are dedicated to ensuring families receive the support they need, when they need it.
